A & E Ambulance has proudly maintained a strong partnership with the Ministry of Health for more than 15 years, providing emergency medical transportation services and supporting Jamaica’s healthcare system with reliable patient care and rapid response.

For the past 15 years, we have also served as the dedicated emergency ambulance provider for Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. Our medical response team is permanently stationed at the airport and is mandated to respond to all medical emergencies involving airline passengers and crew. We work closely with airlines to ensure passengers experiencing medical emergencies receive immediate assessment, treatment and safe transportation to the appropriate medical facility.

Our emergency response services primarily cover Kingston and St. Andrew, as well as sections of St. Catherine and St. Thomas, providing rapid emergency care when every second matters.

In addition to emergency response, A & E Ambulance provides non-emergency and inter-facility medical transportation throughout all fourteen parishes of Jamaica, ensuring patients can safely travel between hospitals, healthcare facilities, homes and other destinations anywhere on the island.
